Diesel Engine JCC Head Line Blaster

Job Overview : The JCC is divided into the following stations : Disassembly, Blasting and Repair / Final Inspection. All positions will utilize basic hand tools, air tools, hoist equipment and computers.

Positions may be required to lift up to 40lbs. Must have excellent attention to detail, strong hand dexterity, problem solving skills.

This is a fast-paced environment.

Blasting : This position consists of running a blasting cabinet effectively. This position is responsible for blasting surfaces of different components to remove the original finish such as paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt.

Schedule :

• Monday - Friday 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm
• Overtime available

Qualifications

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 40lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• Standing : Continuously
• Walking : Frequently
• Sitting : None
• Stooping (forward leaning) : Occasionally.
• Reaching / Working Overhead : Occasionally

• Starting rate $ based on experience.
