- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment to uphold sanitation and safety standards.
- Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately for transactions, including processing payments
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate and maintain a smooth workflow
- Upsell products and promote seasonal offerings or special promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, specials and policy announcements using the designated work platform
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Attending a monthly stand meeting to ensure all staff has clear expectations
