Scope:
- Manage industrial manufacturing projects for new and existing parts and assemblies
- Responsible for creating models, operation sheets and CNC programs
- Responsible for Fixture and Tool design concepts
- Troubleshoots manufacturing problems and implements method and tool improvements.
- Will manage the creation of written rework and repair methods for non-conformances
- Establishes manufacturing methods and process sequence necessary to complete parts.
- Work closely with other shop floor personnel, plant management, customers and vendors on fixture and tool design concepts as needed
- Strong proficiency with CAD/CAM software; EdgeCam, Creo Pro-E preferred not required
- 5 years of CNC machining and programming experience
- Familiar with Lean and Kaizen techniques
- CNC equipment programming experience – Lathes (Horizontal & Vertical), Milling Centers (Horizontal & Vertical), Multi-Axis, etc.
