Insurance Producer/Agent
Farmers Insurance Group is looking for personable, confident, and goal-oriented candidate for a Agency Producer/Protege in Moore, OK.

We have an immediate opening for a sales/business development professional in Oklahoma City area. Full training is provided on how to prospect, market, sell, and manage accounts. We provide a base salary plus a commission structure for new business and renewals. We will also help you get licensed and work with you to meet those goals. Core Job Duties Include (But are not limited to)

  • Become licensed in Property & Casualty (required to start) as well as Life, Accident and Health (within 90 days of hire date)
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations to help the customer identify specific products and solutions
  • Solicit, sell and negotiate new business policies
  • Review renewal business and identify appropriate follow-up action based on degree of change
  • Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers
  • Client/Claims liaison
  • Monitor calling activity and production for agency marketers
  • Implement/adhere to company and Agency guidelines
  • General customer service duties as presented

Note: This position may require having the flexibility to work nonstandard hours/shifts and having the ability to adhere to a structured schedule.

Pay: $49,577.00 - $75,000.00 per year
