Data Processing Team Lead

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Processing Team Lead to join our innovative team. As a leader in direct mail production, we are looking for an individual with expertise in variable data processing, document composition, and a strong understanding of postal regulations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in computer science, data analytics, and computer software, including Quadient Inspire, BCC Ignite, and Adobe. This role requires supervisory and management skills, with the ability to coach and train team members effectively.

Salary:

• Starting $80,000 per year with room for growth.

Hours:

• Day Shift: 8 am to 4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Data Processing team in executing direct mail projects.
• Oversee variable data processing and document composition activities.
• Ensure compliance with postal regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and production teams to meet client needs.
• Utilize computer science and data analytics skills to optimize processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Coach and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Experience:

• Direct mail experience preferred.
• Proficient in Quadient Inspire, BCC Ignite, and Adobe.
• Background in computer science and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of postal regulations.
• Supervisory, coaching, and training experience.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 4 years of industry experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

• Stay-On Bonus amount is based on experience. Paid out in three installments at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months of employment at Japs-Olson.
