Seattle Eastside Property Manager For Single-Family Homes And Condos.
A boutique real estate firm in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood is seeking a Property Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties!
You will oversee a group of approximately 50 single-family homes, townhomes, and condos throughout Seattle and the Eastside. You will be responsible for leasing up the properties, communicating with tenants and owners, conducting showings with prospective tenants, doing move-in and move-out inspections, and coordinating repairs with vendors.
You will join our awesome Seattle real estate team in our SoDo Office.
Responsibilities
•Lease properties, including showing units
•Onboard new property owners
•Conduct move-ins and move-outs
•Handle tenant requests
•Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors
•Perform scheduled interior and exterior property inspections
•Execute lease renewals

You are an excellent communicator in written and spoken interactions with everyone - whether a vendor, owner, tenant, or prospective tenant. Requirements:
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
•Excellent communication: written and verbal
•A desire to grow personally and professionally
Preferences:
•2 years of customer service experience; prior administrative experience or experience in property and real estate management
•Previous experience with property management software, such as Buildium, and previous experience with project management software, such as Asana, is a plus
