Key Qualifications
Description
Our will play an essential role in the recovery process of clients undergoing detoxification from substances, providing a blend of medical care and emotional support. Your expertise allows our clients to assess the severity of addiction and withdrawal symptoms, educate clients about the detox process, and prepare them for the next steps in their treatment plan. By offering compassionate care, LVNs help clients navigate the challenging journey towards sobriety, laying the foundation for long-term recovery and rehabilitation.
The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a highly optimized and specialized environment where priorities may shift daily while working autonomously, taking initiative, and complete tasks you are responsible for. You will have a deep background in reporting standards and norms, compliance, strong written and verbal communication, and a deep understanding of the medical/nursing landscape. As a licensed vocational nurse, you will be an essential member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing direct client care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. You will have the opportunity to work in various settings, from hospitals to long-term care facilities, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients.

At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $40.00 and $45.00 per hour and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.
