We are looking for a medical assistant who is willing and able to do receptionist duties as well as traditional back office medical assisting. Experience is a definite plus especially experience with electronic medical records. We are a growing and vibrant practice and have availability for part time and full time positions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and provide pre-exam instructions.
• Maintain patient records in electronic and paper form.
• Perform routine pre-operative tests for patients.
• Assist physicians during exams and surgeries (taking patient’s temperature, BP etc.).
• Attend to patients during their stay to ensure they are comfortable.
• Control medical equipment to maintain patient record confidentiality.
• Clean, maintain and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
• Provide first aid to patients before the arrival of paramedics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the physician.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
