We are small janitorial company seeking a motivated manager who can handle accounts with multiple sites to supervise, hire and train our janitorial and technician staff of 40 employees.

Management:

• Motivate and guide staff on a regular basis. Managers set the example.
• Employee recruiting, hiring, training, daily supervision as well as discipline and discharges.
• Uphold company policies and procedures as well as state/federal laws.
• Ability to fill out all necessary payroll/HR paperwork in English/Spanish.
• Report employee issues, violations, accident reports.
• Track employees' weekly hours for payroll purposes.
• Work with client on a daily basis to guarantee continued satisfaction.
• Conduct inspections of accounts on a monthly basis.
• Address quality discrepancies immediately with employees.
• Assure employee performance is consistent and prevent employee theft and or misuse of chemicals, supplies, equipment.
• Ensure janitors have necessary chemicals and supplies onsite.
• Perform cleaning activities as needs arise.
• Restrooms deep cleaning as assigned by client.
• Light equipment maintenance including floor equipment.

Skills needed:

• Flexible schedule availability, good problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to balance customer and employee demands.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Hard-working with positive attitude.
• Bilingual English-Spanish is a must.
• Smartphone proficient for email, texting.

Requirements:

• 3 years of management in janitorial field.
• Valid Driver's License and able to drive company vehicles.
• Clear background check.
• Drug-free testing.

Compensation is salary based with additional incentives and bonuses medical/dental 100% paid, company auto.

Pay: $67,000.00 per year
