Looking for a full-time Sales Pro.
The candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients and closing sales. Will develop and contact prospects, manage the sales and marketing functions, positioning the company as a premier service provider.
The candidate should have previous B2B sales experience and know sales strategies and how to target markets. Previous experience in services or contract services industry would be beneficial. Our company is a Building Services Contractor offering commercial cleaning services, handyman, painting, porters, pressure washing, remodeling and other services.
The candidate will be responsible to personally identify leads, follow referrals and conduct cold sales to businesses offering commercial cleaning services and handyman work.
This is a ground up position. He/she should be motivated to sell and grow to extend the Company’s reach and build and manage the sales efforts of others.
The Ideal Candidate Requirements Include:
· Excellent interpersonal skills to interact at different levels of executives and decision makers.
· Bilingual skills in English and Spanish in written and spoken word.
· Good intellectual and academic background as well as excellent writing skills.
· Excellent planning and execution of the Company’s sales and marketing goals.
· Tenacity, perseverance, and focused results.
· Ability to formulate quotes with Excel and Word to present a quote to clients.
· Ability to develop, maintain and achieve success through networking.
· Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
· The ideal candidate is adaptive, tech-savvy, and intellectually curious.
· A sales “closer” with vision and commitment to growing personally and professionally.
· The ideal candidate is personable, articulate, charismatic, and not afraid to build new relationships or open new avenues of revenue for the Company.
· The candidate will work from our corporate office in Miami, Florida.
