We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
• Draft correspondences, proposals, and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Organize, develop, and implement organized filing and inventory systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Bilingual
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Must be experienced with QuickBooks
• Experience with A/R and A/P
• Experience with Microsoft software

24-30 hrs per week, immediate start. Additional training for the position will be offered.

Medical insurance allowance after 90 days

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
