Jane's Place Adult Day Services is designed for the aging adult facing brain injuries, intellectual disabilities, Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, physical, or social impairments. We provide a structured day of social recreational activities with limited ADL care in a secure, home-like environment to assist participants in maintaining well-being and enhance life.

• Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
• Starting at $13.50/hourly

Duties:

• Assist with and monitor participant's social and recreational activities
• Assist with and monitor participant's activities of daily living (ADLs) as stated in their care plan including transferring, toileting, and hygiene.
• Charting participant’s daily activity engagement.
• Assist with serving and clean-up of breakfast, lunch, and am/pm snacks.

Requirements:

• Requires knowledge equivalent to high school education/GED
• Requires 1 year of experience working with aging adults facing cognitive, physical, or social impairments.
• Requires CPR training/certification (every 2 years)
• Requires ability to lift 20 pounds.
