Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team. As a Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy equipment, such as skid steers, Mini excavator, Compactor. Your expertise in commercial driving and mechanical knowledge will be essential in performing duties such as paving, digging, bulldozing, and other heavy equipment operations.

Duties:

- Operate skid steers, Compactors, Excavator

Work we do is Pool demolition, Concrete breaking, Dirt excavation, Grading, Drilling

- Perform tasks such as Digging, Demolition, Grading, Shoveling/Clean up general work

- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Valid Drivers license or ID

- Proven experience operating skid steers, Excavator, Compactor

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications - Not required

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
