4 days a week, 5 hours a day

Monday-Friday. Weekends off.

Job Responsibilities :

• Direct incoming calls and take telephone messages
• Social Media Posts and content on mulitple platforms
• Run errands outside of the office (45 min radius)
• File and organize forms and reports
• Assembles hiring, admission and orientations packets
• Photocopies and faxes
• Help prepare for marketing and hiring events
• Maintains appropriate office presence
• Maintains appropriate attitude
• Maintains appropriate appearance
• Help other employees as needed

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Currenly enrolled in a college degree program
• Valid NYS drivers license and care in working order for use in the field
• Proficient in the use of office equiplment and computers skills; Microsoft word and Excel
• Meets NYS health requirements
• Self directing, good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Home Care and Health Care Feilds
