SALES ASSOCIATE – Jan’s Hallmark is seeking Key Associates and Sales Associates to join our team at our Edwardsville location!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create meaningful connections with customers and offer solutions for their needs
• Educate and inform customers of in-store specials and current promotions
• Achieve personal and store performance measures to earn bonus opportunities
• Continuously educate yourself about Jan’s products to share all available solutions
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Be a member of a team that creates a positive engaging environment that is contagious to customers and brings them back for more!

SUGGESTED SKILLS:

• Cash handling
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Basic computer/register competence

PAY:

• Jan’s Hallmark allows for adjustments based on experience and performance. We also offer bonuses and incentive opportunities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
