Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“Jamison”) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Quality Control Specialist in the area of Philadelphia, PA
Quality Control Specialist Responsibilities:
This position compiles and records production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports
on production volume, material consumption, quality control, and other aspects of production. Must have knowledge utilizing Vista Imaging Capture Software for the purpose of the Health Information Management Services
Key Areas of Responsibility:
The Quality Control Specialist assumes primary responsibility for all support provided to a particular case or project to provide onsite support at a government location in Philadelphia, PA. (1 year)
Perform quality assessment for each of the Contractor’s scanning staff
Quality assessment for each of the newly assigned scanning staff to assess competencies of staff and to ensure the quality of the scanned documents for the first five (5) days of the staff’s employ
Shall perform random sampling of all scanned documents
Provide a monthly report to the Chief of HIMS showing accuracy
Compile and record production data from customer orders and work tickets
Record production of product specifications and individual worker production
Calculates such factors as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, worker, and department production rates.
Writing production reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed, following prescribed formats, maintaining files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers as guides in assembly or manufacture of products prepares written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities, compiles material inventory records.
Prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies charts production using chart, graph, or pegboard based on statistics compiled for reference by production and management personnel.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and two years of equivalent experience
Records/documents Management:
Excellent knowledge of document scanning operations and workflow.
Excellent knowledge of document scanning software (Vista Imaging)
Professional with strong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
US Citizen able to obtain security clearance
