Our ideal candidate will align with our core values of Excellence, Passionate, Team Centered, Relationship Focused, and Ownership.What You’ll Be Doing• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Jamestown Hospitality Group: Building lasting relationships by providing a superior customer service experience.• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standard drink recipes.• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change if necessary.• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.• Clean and sterilize glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.• Balance cash receipts.• Record drink orders accurately and immediately after having received them into the register system.• Clean bars, work areas, and tables.• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.What You Bring• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training• Understanding of safety and health best practices/policies• Able to lift up to 50 lbs• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching with armsWhat’s In It For You• Competitive Pay• All shifts available-weekends a plus!• Benefits• Great work environment in an amazing setting!
