Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Hours for this position are 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

1. Supervises maintenance personnel. Coordinates schedule and activities to achieve maintenance objectives.

2. Verifies completed maintenance work to appropriate requirements.

3. Establishes and manages Preventive Maintenance program to reduce breakdown maintenance.

4. Directs building, grounds and facility maintenance activities.

5. Selects and coordinates outside maintenance contractors.

6. Performs general millwright duties.

7. Prepares cost estimates and project documentation for maintenance projects. Prepares project performance reports.

8. Conducts and coordinates safety and maintenance training.

9. Administers shop order system.

10. Participates on teams as member or team leader.

11. Recommends changes in the work conditions and use of equipment to improve safety or productivity.

12. Analyzes and resolves work problems related to maintenance activities.

13. Performs Lead Auditor duties.

14. Responsible for equipment startup and shutdown.

15. Performs as Safety Coordinator and OSHA Guide during inspections. Maintains list of all hazardous chemicals. Maintains OSHA Compliance.

16. Responsible for calibration of equipment used in factory.
