Job Duties
Include but are not limited to:
> Must know Microsoft Office
> Answering calls
> Record and apply payments received from customers accurately
> Balance daily deposits
> Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues regarding payments, credits or outstanding balances
> Contacting customers for overdue payments while remaining professional and courteous
> Filing
> Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
