Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in all stages of the litigation process. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of legal procedures. Duties: - Conduct legal research and analyze relevant case law, statutes, and regulations - Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests - Manage document production and organization using document management systems - Prepare and maintain case files, including indexing and organizing documents - Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule hearings, depositions, and other meetings - Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness binders - Review and summarize deposition transcripts - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of case-related information - Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal - Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis - Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules - Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work product - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to contribute to a dynamic legal team. Pay: $54,288.00 - $57,406.00 per year
