Associate Underwriter -
Job Summary Under the direction of the Underwriting Manager or Division Manager the Associate Underwriter will learn how to review and analyze underwriting data in order to determine if risks meet corporate underwriting standards, calculate appropriate premium, determine proper terms for acceptable risks and respond to brokers when particular risks do not meet underwriting guidelines. Associate Underwriters are also responsible for developing and maintaining profitable business relationships with brokers. |
