James Martin Associates, is a leader in the landscape and snow management industry, providing services to our customers in the northern Chicago area since 1977. We are looking for someone who is ready to grow with our Residential Maintenance Team!
What you will be doing...
Proposal writing, estimating, invoicing, process accepted contracts, answer incoming lead calls, vendor/subcontractor purchase receipts and maintenance team financial reporting. You will also assist other teams and play a big part on the snow team during the winter.

Preferred Experience and Education
- 1 years’ experience of team administrative duties
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Aspire knowledge is a plus
