Cheerful Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator - PT or FT
We are looking for a cheerful, outgoing, and polished individual who prioritizes excellent customer service and is detail-oriented. We are a highly-rated dental office. Our patients love us because we go the extra mile for each of them!
We will provide training/mentorship! No Dental experience is necessary. Preference towards those who have worked in hospitality and customer service.

Our office is open: M, T, W, Th (8:30-5:30)
- You will be working alongside another coworker at the front desk.
- Must be confident and observant when working with numbers (accounting, insurances, ledgers)
- Must be coachable and be a natural team player.
- Must be reliable and drama-free
- We are a small office of 4-5 mature, professional, and happy team members.
Job duties primarily include:
- Discussing financial arrangements with patients.
- Analyzing insurance limitations and ability to answer patients' insurance questions.
- Entering Treatment plans and treatment estimates.
- Following up on patients to schedule and accept pending treatment.
- Consistently reviewing and sending statements to minimize Accounts Receivables.
- Reviewing insurance payments, reviewing EOBs to reconcile patient account ledgers.
- Manage patient appts from check-in to check-out.
- Scheduling Doctor and Hygiene patients.
