Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, retail operations, and customer service.

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a high-performing team
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data, set targets, and optimize profitability
- Operate cash registers, handle financial transactions accurately, and ensure cash management procedures are followed
- Implement training programs to enhance staff skills in product knowledge, customer interactions, and operational processes
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building successful teams
- Proficiency in stock management, inventory control, and merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff
- Manager food certificate is required
- Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment while handling challenging situations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication
