Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our brand and products, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

· Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.

· Create engaging content for various channels, such as blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and videos, to attract and retain customers.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies to support sales efforts.

· Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

· Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

· Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing objectives.

· Coordinate participation in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

· Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their growth and development.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and strategy development.

· Proven track record of driving results through strategic marketing initiatives.

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.

· Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

· Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and experience with WooCommerce or similar platforms is desirable.

· Proficiency in WordPress and experience with website development and management, including familiarity with page builders like Elementor.

· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for crafting high-quality graphics and marketing materials.
