Position: Reach Driver

Location: Winlock, Washington

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Reach Driver to join our warehouse team in Winlock, Washington. The Reach Driver will be responsible for operating a reach truck to efficiently and safely move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in our operations by ensuring accurate and timely handling of inventory to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach truck to transport materials to and from storage areas
• Load and unload materials from trucks and pallets
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid reach truck certification
• Proven experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
