We're looking for a Product Development Engineer to help bring our ideas to life. You'll be involved in every stage of product development, ensuring quality and success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new products from concept to production.
• Research and experiment to determine design feasibility.
• Collaborate with suppliers about quality documentation and communicate changes.
• Use CAD software for design and evaluation.
• Coordinate with production teams and other engineers.
• Review product documentation and suggest improvements.
• Provide technical support to customers and suppliers.
• Improve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize Quality Management Systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Apply geometric dimensional tolerance principles. Proficient in mathematical computing and analysis
• Utilize software like Rhino and Solid Works.
• Preferably Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and use MS Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of product development experience or course work in related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Clean driving record and pass drug test and background check.

Physical Requirements:

Lift parts up to 50 pounds, engage in frequent drives between facilities, and stand for extended periods in store or warehouse environments.
