Jaguar Land Rover UK is Hiring a Floor Closer- Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota Near Sarasota, FL

Are you an experienced Closer with a knack for sealing the deal in the Sarasota area? Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota is on the lookout for a qualified individual to join our team. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience.*
Responsibilities
  • Take T.O.’s (turn-overs) to maximize deal potential.
  • Proactively greet customers to drive sales and create a positive buying experience.
  • Work closely with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and bridge any disconnects in the sales process.
  • Build rapport with customers to generate referrals and establish a strong customer network.
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff, assisting in closing sales when needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Conduct trade appraisals accurately and efficiently.
  • Prior sales leadership – 2-3 yrs of dealership experience required
  • Prior sales manager experience a plus
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Must work weekends
  • Proven track record of success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proven experience as a successful closer in automotive sales.
