GENERAL EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB : Have a real passion for customer service and our brands.

Ensure that every interaction with our customers is exemplary and their experience exceeds their expectations.

You will craft the customer experience by handling all customer interactions as needed, accommodating special requests whenever possible and resolving customer concerns.

You will assist customers in learning how to fully operate their vehicle, follow-up with customers and create additional appointments for vehicle tutorials and take an active role in maintaining the integrity of the delivery process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB :

Interact with customers by :

o Greeting customers as they arrive open doors for them as they walk in and guide them to their destination

o Answering our phones in a positive and welcoming manner

o Interacting via email and text with customers as needed

o In person assistance at the dealership

o Cleaning vehicles and preparing them for customer delivery

o Answer service phone calls and assist Service Advisors as needed

o Delivering vehicles as needed or shuttling customers to and from work or residence

o Test drive vehicles as needed for quality control

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $15.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
