Responsibilities - Office Manager:
Responsible for day-to-day operations and oversees office staff
Must be capable of performing all accounting functions including accounts and floor plan reconciliation, inventory management, tag and title, deal postings, billing, account receivables, and payables, and assist controller with monthly financial preparations
Coordinate and oversee all accounting activities and functions
Hire, supervise, and train accounting personnel and receptionists
Provide additional management assistance to other departments as necessary
Qualifications/Requirements - Office Manager:
2 years of automotive financial/administrative experience is required
Strong accounting skills required
Automotive Office Manager experience required
Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
Proficient with Excel, Word, etc.
Strong management, communication, and organizational skills
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Professional appearance and demeanor
