The Role at a Glance – Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale Encore Delivery Specialist (Genius)
We are excited to add an Encore Delivery Specialist (Genius) to join the team. The Encore Delivery Specialist will provide comprehensive product information to our customers throughout the sales process. The Encore Delivery Specialist is the primary contact for clients to learn about Jaguar Land Rover, its heritage, and products and technology.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Jaguar Land Rover automobiles and a desire to advance to our lucrative Sales Advisor role.
What you'll be doing
You will start out in our comprehensive training program to teach you everything you need to know to become An Encore Delivery Specialist. You will master the complexities of the product to familiarize clients with the value, and usability of their Jaguar and Land Rover products and features. You will logically and eloquently present information and explain how to use the various features of the vehicles, including technology in the vehicles. You will schedule a second delivery of each customer’s new vehicle. You will provide a tailored re-delivery designed to target areas the customer has questions regarding, but also those they have yet to discover. Oftentimes, you will visit clients at their homes or offices to review features, options and operation of their new Land Rover or Jaguar.
What we're looking for
Must-haves:

• 1 years of retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience or equivalent
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of customers in a fast-paced, technical, and product-driven environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills and the ability to speak with customers in a logical, professional, and effective manner.
• Exquisite attention to detail in maintaining a professional appearance and image.
• Proficiency in effectively using and communicating with new media (tablets, social media, etc.).
• A willingness to go the extra mile, conveying enthusiasm and excitement whenever you're on the job.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability standards.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in the retail environment is a plus but not required.
