High Performing individuals can expect a range between $90,000 - $105,000 yearly

Position Overview:

We're currently seeking a customer-centric individual to join us as a Service Advisor. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout their service journey. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their service needs in a professional manner.

- Consult with customers to understand their vehicle issues and service requirements thoroughly.

- Schedule service appointments efficiently and keep customers informed about service timelines and updates.

- Provide accurate service estimates and recommendations based on vehicle diagnostics and maintenance schedules.

- Coordinate with our skilled service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service transactions, and vehicle service history.

- Uphold dealership policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and warranty coverage.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive Service Advising

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.

- Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance procedures, and warranty coverage.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in computer software applications for scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.
