Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia/Jaguar Land Rover Columbia is seeking an Accounts Payable clerk. Applicant should have good organizational skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Previous dealership experience a plus but accounts payable experience a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post all payable invoices and purchase orders 
• Issue vendor payments /checks
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
• CDK DMS experience helpful, but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
