Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

Location: Canada - Remote 

Salary Range: $90K - $120K base

About the Company: We are working with a leading wealth management company in Canada. They are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join their team. 

Your main task will be handling banking applications, client paperwork, and communication among clients, our team, and banks. You'll ensure all documents are complete, track progress, and keep records organized. Plus, you'll provide top-notch service and assist with administrative duties.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Check banking applications and documents for completeness

- Keep track of progress and report on it

- Stay in touch with advisors, banks, and clients to keep things moving

- Flag any problems for our leadership team to solve

- Maintain organized records and files

- Offer great customer service and build strong relationships

- Help out with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Know-how in financial services; experience in insurance and planning is a bonus

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Can handle a fast-paced environment

- Good at managing time and solving problems

- Self-motivated and can work independently

- Friendly and good at communicating

- Familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Shows maturity and professionalism
