The Jaffrey Rindge Cooperative School District is seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Special Education Teacher in our general special education program at Jaffrey Grade School. This position provides the opportunity to deliver specially designed instruction in per IEP requirements. Highly collaborative work environment. Qualified candidates will have experience or knowledge of differentiated instruction and managing schedules. Desired candidates will demonstrate an understanding of differentiation practices, team work, and collaboration. A NH DOE certificate to teach K-12 General Special Education certification required, or the ability to acquire a Statement of Eligibility from the NH DOE. Data for progress monitoring, using a variety of resources and data tools. Student behavioral needs to maintain safe, productive learning environments. Safe work/educational spaces, integrate training provided by District in appropriate de-escalation techniques. Daily assignments for instructional associates. Support in input of evaluative process for instructional associates. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Student Services and/or Building Principal.
