Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Deliver food orders to tables in a timely manner
- Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic retail math skills
- Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen safety guidelines
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
