Position Summary
As a Project Manager at JSE, you will play a crucial role in overseeing MEP projects from inception to completion. You'll collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This is a full-time position, located in Watertown, NY.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
o Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
o Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
o Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Client Communication:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
o Understand client needs and translate them into project requirements.
o Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns.
Team Leadership:
o Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, designers, and drafters.
o Foster collaboration and maintain a positive team environment.
o Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
Risk Management:
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Address unforeseen challenges during project implementation.
o Maintain project documentation and records.
Budget and Cost Control:
o Monitor project expenses and track budget allocations.
o Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
· Proven experience in project management within the MEP industry.
· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
