As an Elite ServiceNow partner, Jade Global is seeking a ServiceNow ESM (Enterprise Service Management) Master Architect that specializes in providing ServiceNow solutions to clients. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive project delivery and support the ServiceNow ESM Service Line leader in presales activities.

Key responsibilities of a ServiceNow ESM Master Architect include:

Solution Design and Architecture: Supporting the development of ServiceNow offerings and solutions that align with client needs, considering factors like ITIL best practices, process automation, and integration with existing systems.

Team Leadership: Overseeing teams of ServiceNow specialists on projects, including business system consultants, business analysts, architects, and technical experts. Responsible for end-to-end understanding of the ServiceNow solution being delivered ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions.

Quality Assurance: Overseeing ServiceNow project delivery to meet high-quality standards, including compliance with industry regulations and adherence to security protocols. Review any ServiceNow design issues and provide guidance to developers.

Presales Support: Collaborating with the service line lead and sales teams to understand client requirements and present tailored ServiceNow solutions during the presales phase. This involves creating compelling proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries.

Client Engagement: Supporting the building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in the ServiceNow domain.

ServiceNow Research and Trends: Staying updated on ServiceNow trends, emerging technologies, and best practice. Using this knowledge to help enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge. Must have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and implementation experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITBM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM, WSD, and CMDB (at least 5 of these)

Collaboration with Product Development: Providing feedback from the field to the service line leader on existing offerings and contributing to the development of new ServiceNow solutions.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Supporting budgeting and resource allocation within the ServiceNow service line, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Sales Enablement: Providing technical training and support to the sales team, enabling them to effectively communicate the value proposition of ServiceNow offerings to clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members.

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification highly desirable.

Location & Travel Requirements

The selected candidate is expected to travel to meet with prospective and existing customers across United States and Canada

Location within the US, preferably near any of Jade offices: Dallas, TX, Philadelphia, PA, Ogden, UT, San Jose, CA. but not essential.

There will also be internal travel to successfully execute the role.
