Job Summary

As a Director Supply Chain, you’ll have significant authority and responsibility within the organization. You’ll drive strategic direction, planning, and performance of large supply chain teams or multiple disciplines. You'll ensure successful outcomes. You’ll contribute to the strategic planning process, setting objectives, making critical decisions, and fostering success.

Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

• Aligning our organization's goals and objectives with supply chain strategy through development and implementation.
• Leading and developing a cross-functional team of supply chain leaders and professionals
• Developing and executing strategies to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Have an extensive background in supply chain management or related field with successful outcomes.
• Be able to lead a team effectively and provide coaching, guidance and support to team members.
• Able to influence peers and collaborate with executive leaders.
• Be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Have deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices

Compensation and Benefits

• The base pay for this position is $138,000 to $179,300 per year depending on the geographic market.
• Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
