Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, or digital solutions development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, SQL) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management. 
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems, databases, and integration technologies.
  • Exceptional Excel and Microsoft Office 

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools and requirements documentation.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, performing sensitivity analyses, scenario planning, and what-if analyses.
  • Proficiency in building complex financial models.
