Right of Way Permit Construction Coordinator - Centennial, CO-(BIN000131)

Your Impact :

Here's What You'll Need :

  • Five years of experience working with public and / or private utilities, with a working knowledge of pubic-sector right-of-way regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to operate other standard office equipment;

ability to document project status and updates as required in a CMMS, and ability to acquire proficiency level in a CMMS to perform responsibilities.

  • Ability to read blueprints, surveys and job specifications.
  • Strong inter-personal relationship skills, and verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license with no major infractions
  • Must be capable of driving a company vehicle in the performance of the duties contained herein.

Ideally, You'll Also Have :

  • Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Design / Construction Management.
  • Ten years of experience working with public and private utilities, with a strong working knowledge of public-sector right-of-way regulations, construction plans.

The employee is expected to meet attendance standards as determined by management. The employee will perform most duties in a combination of outside work and an office environment. The position requires the employee to perform duties at a job site, including work zones at a contractor’s job site;

at times working alone and at times working very closely with others. The employee may be subject to all types of weather and temperature conditions and various types of surfaces, including slippery or uneven surfaces.

Employee must be able to move or carry objects or materials and must be able to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and up to twenty pounds of force frequently.

Physical demand requirements are at levels of those for active work.
