We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Support position in Cary/Holly Springs, North Carolina to support our Program Management Team.

You’ll be working with a Project Controls team by undertaking financial and commercial reporting responsibilities. You will assist with financial and commercial reporting using Prolog Manager as well as other computer applications to ensure that the right financial information is delivered effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities will involve:
• Liaise with subcontractors, clients and project managers in change management 
• Compiling and updating complex Excel spreadsheets
• Use Prolog Manager, as well as other enterprise systems
• Compile and update project performance reporting using Synchro Perform

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Associate’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and its advanced features and have used these features to deliver financial reporting in your career
• Previously worked within a project controls team or have worked within an accounts team to provide support in financial and commercial reporting
• The ability to pick up and learn new skills and technologies, a keen problem solver 
• Self Motivated, able to prioritize and work under pressure to deliver various reports
• Provide a strong attention to detail 
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis in financial management 

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred, but not requires
• Prolog Manager
• Ability to adapt quickly to new applications
• MS Office Suite
