Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a Cocktail Server for Gold Dust West Elko . This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation and promotions
- Maintain a clean work area and present positive customer service techniques
- Ensures consistency and quality
- Ringing up the beverage / food orders and waiting for the order to be made
- Delivering the beverage / food to the patrons
- Checking, cleaning and stocking the beverage / self-serve stations
- Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property
- Practice TIPS awareness and the responsible service of alcohol
- Report all intoxicated guests to the F&B Supervisor or Manager on Duty.
- Complete daily side work
Skills, Education and Other Requirements
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and cash handling skills
- Previous cocktail experience helpful
- Elko Bar Card
- Nevada Gaming card required.
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
