As one of our inside sales team members, you will play a vital role in delivering a world-class customer experience while supporting a network of outside sales reps and lawn and garden distributor reps. You will be interacting with customers from all levels of the industry, ranging from independent garden center buyers to landscape professionals across the country.

In this fast-paced wholesale position, every day will present different opportunities to serve our customers through processing orders, assisting customers with product selections, developing new customer relations, and supporting our incredible team of outside sales reps.

We are looking for hardworking individuals who are detailed, customer-focused team players who are highly relational and genuinely care about people and the products that make our customers win!

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma

· College degree preferred

· 2-5 years experience in customer service

· Proficiency in MS Office suite products including Excel

· SAP experience preferred

· HubSpot experience preferred (CRM)

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Order processing

· Assist customers with product selections, manage order timelines, and company programs

· Present and discuss various products based upon the discovery of the clients’ needs and goals

· Work collaboratively with teammates to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently

· Marketing new sales and special events using CRM

· Attend trade shows and industry events as needed some travel required

Pay: $43,036.00 - $50,036.00 per year
