As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Assisting clients in determining their needs and preferences for properties.
- Conducting market research to identify potential properties that meet clients' criteria.
- Showing properties to clients and providing detailed information about each property.
- Negotiating contracts and terms of sale ageements.
- Assisting clients with property inspections, appraisals, and financing processes.
- Adhering to Fair Housing regulations and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Keeping up-to-date with real estate market trends and developments.
