Join the expanding team at Jackson Electrical Contractors Inc. (JEC), a family-owned business since 1999. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for our new location in Greenville, SC. Our company prides itself on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional, courteous team. Responsibilities

  • Creating an efficient work environment for our technicians through proactive communication and planning.
  • Install, maintain, and/or repair electrical wiring, systems, controls, equipment, and fixtures
  • Collaborate with project managers, other electricians, and team members to plan and execute tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and relevant regulations during all stages of work
  • Monitoring field technicians to ensure instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained
  • Attend company-wide meetings

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer-relations skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness.
  • Ability to lead and organize a job and employees.
  • Previous Electrical experience in the field.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening test and background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift. Weekend work and overtime are available. The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Greenville, SC.
