We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute pain management, ophthalmology, working with people with developmental disabilities, physical examinations, airway management, and primary care.

```Duties```
- Conduct physical examinations and obtain medical histories
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
- Provide acute pain management for patients
- Perform assessments and provide appropriate treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop treatment plans
- Manage patients with developmental disabilities and provide specialized care
- Administer medications
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and lifestyle modifications
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR) system (e.g., Athenahealth)

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in acute pain management
- Proficiency in ophthalmological assessments and treatments
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Competence in performing physical examinations and diagnosing common illnesses
- Ability to manage airways and provide emergency care when needed
- Knowledge of primary care principles and practices
- Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Athenahealth) for documentation purposes
- Skill in IV insertion and neonatal ventilator support
