Overview
The Appointment Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and maintaining training schedules for our in-dealership Trainers. The ideal candidate would be someone who can pro-actively connect with people over the phone and have a detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for in dealership Trainers
- Requires skillful and logistical decision making as schedules must be developed based on geography, mileage, dealership preference, as well as dealership ranking
- Responsible to monitor, tally, and record travel hours and billing hours for trainers
- Responsible to collaborate with colleagues and adjust actions in relation to others actions to create synchronized schedules.
- Responsible for the data entry of all training dates and times within the Training web site.
- Responsible for daily conflict checks to avoid double-booking of training both within and outside the in-dealership training program.
- Scheduler must communicate effectively in writing.
- Scheduler must possess excellent editing/proof-reading skills.
Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis in Excel
- Phone Etiquettemust convey information efficiently
- Effective writing and grammar skills
- Multi-Tasking
