**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Installation of siding, doors, windrows, and cabinetry.

**Duties:**

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications

- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge

- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws

- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment

- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, cabinets, doors, and hardware

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Carpenter

- Proficient in using hand and power tools

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and precision

**Skills:**

- CNC

- Fixture installation

- Water damage restoration

- Construction estimating

- Stucco application

- Caulking techniques

- Roof installation

- Frame carpentry skills

- Restoration expertise
