ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
• Remove empty beverage containers from gaming areas.
• Follow all procedures pertaining to responsible liquor service (e.g. check IDs, refuse service to intoxicated patrons, monitor guest consumption of alcohol, intervene as needed, etc.).
• Stock supplies at all stations.
• Keep all stations clean and neat.
• Maintain all paperwork, audit sheets, closeouts, opening reports and other tallies as required.
• Handle money according to procedures.
• Promote casino events and programs in a positive manner.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous liquor service experience preferred.
• Alcohol certification required.

• Mobility throughout the facility.
